We bought a flag pole at the Minnesota State Fair last fall plus paid extra for a dock mount. This spring we went to install it for the first time and the dock mount piece we paid extra for did not fit our VIBO dock posts. I called and talked to Casey at Falls Flag Source and she was willing to make us one for AN ADDITIONAL $65, and blamed us for not bringing in our dock post size! We were at the State Fair and bought it because just happened to see it! Casey blamed us for not having a "standard" dock and there are VIBO docks everywhere around here. As professionals they should be aware of different dock manufacturers in the state. We spent hundreds of dollars and this is the customer service you get from this place. Casey took no blame and could care less. STAY AWAY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
