Rooms were decent. Air conditioner is loud. Rooms are a little musty smelling. Beds are comfy. Pancake maker is AWESOME.
It was ok in a pinch. Booked less than 30 days before stay. Everything else was booked or outrageous. Needs updates but slept ok. Pool needed updating. Sauna didnt work and was the smallest I have seen. Continental breakfast was pancakes or cereal. Desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.
The room was lovely, the water was hot and the spa the was amazing! The actual shower pressure was weak.
For the price it's great
Booked here to enjoy some relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The pool area closes at 9PM for all ages. Not even open a bit later for adults. Does not open until 9AM next day. Staff zero customer service skills with a 'not my problem' attitude.
