We recently stayed here for a company retreat. Holy smokes is this place awesome. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable beds, awesome views,,, I could go on forever. We will be back. I want to even bring my wife and kid up for a long weekend soon to enjoy the area on a non-business related event. Very nice place!!
Wonderful resort. Love the rustic cabins. Multiple dining options all of which are great. The included breakfast buffet is amazing, especially the waffles you make fresh yourself. The spa is the best I've ever visited. Josh gives the best massage! I want to live in their Relaxation Room!
The cabin we stayed at was amazing! Beautiful views, clean place as a whole! Already planning on going back! Did not get a chance to visit the pool and spa, however restaurant was so nice, and staff was amazing! Cute little stores right at the loge!
I was here for a professional conference and truly enjoyed my stay. Food and service were great and the facilities comfortable. I stayed in Gull Haven, a surprising 3 miles away from the main lodge, but the free shuttle was available all day. The cabins in Gull Haven were spacious and clean. Though they have all modern amenities, they have the feel of a more rustic cabin. I also visited a couple of cabins (Villas?) on Roy Lake. Those felt more like being in a nice house on a lake (think granite countertops and leather couches).
We stayed in a cabin overlooking the Gull lake. The patio opened to the shores. The view was splendid , something I will cherish forever. But the room wasn't too clean, was dusty at many spots, and as I had a small child that wasn't very pleasant feel. The breakfast buffet was good. Would comeback but wish we get cleaner rooms the next time.
