Zach offered useful information, tips, and considerations for choosing the proper bike. He is also great to visit. After I purchased a bike, I had s concern about something I had found and bright it back the next day. Zach spared no moment to examine and fix the minor issue. I'm a pretty needy customer, but at no point did I feel like I was being a bother. Going to Trailblazers isn't as much as going to a bike shop and getting great service as it is going to a place where your newfound friends just happen to work with bicycles.
